Travel Blog for  Takeoff Getaway!

Welcome to our Travel Blog (and Vlog-Blog)! While we are busy creating content for YouTube (please subscribe ^_^) and Instagram (and don’t forget to follow!) as well as the other media platforms, we thought it would be an awesome idea to create a Blog to let you read about our adventures (on camera and behind it) and to also include more information about the destinations that we are visiting as there is only so much you can fit into a YouTube video.

We always like finding out about a place before we go and hope that our Vlog-Blog and Destination Blog can become a helpful resource for our Global Neighbors to use: What better insight about a place than words from someone who’s been there, trod the dirt and felt the breeze?

We love all the aspects of travelling (packing, flying, hotels, you name it!) and hope that our passion and excitement to get out into the world and experience it whole heartedly sparks your enjoyment, your imagination and your own wanderlust as you follow our adventures (and occasional misadventures) on the road!

Shhh! The Not-So-Secret Plan for our Vlogs!

While discussing creating our YouTube travel channel we came up with the idea of touring California… okay, it’s our home state so maybe that’s not too creative… but we thought to start our tour in the most southwestern corner of the state and systematically snake our way east, and then up and back west. Our plan is to gradually covering the entire state from bottom to top. Ambitious? Maybe… but we hope to find out more about this amazingly diverse state and see as many of the interesting, unique, unusual, fun and for that matter tasty locales as we can find out about!

We’ve decided to compile a list of 1000 (at least) amazing experiences we want to have in the world, and your contribution could make the list!  Whether it is a different culture to experience, a delicious local dish to try, a unique place to visit (lowest dry land on earth for example), the widest and tallest known trees to hug, or amazing animal life to see, we want to do it!  Know about something like that?  send us a message!

Honestly, It doesn’t matter where it is in the world, we’d love to know about it. After California (and maybe for a break or two in the middle of our tour) we are looking forward to travelling across the United States and most definitely internationally again.  Share with us about the interesting and unique attractions where you live: we’d love to hear from you!
